Khadka Company Limited is based in Tokyo, Japan, and built with a simple belief: good food can build bridges between cultures. Our story began with the launch of our first Indian restaurant in Tokyo. What started as a small idea—bringing authentic Asian flavors to the city—quickly turned into a place where people from different backgrounds gather, share meals, and feel connected.

 

Over the years, we’ve learned that people don’t just come to us because they’re hungry. They come because our food feels personal. It reminds them of home, or introduces them to something new and exciting. That’s what keeps us moving.

Mission

We’re expanding. A new restaurant is on the way, and it’s not just another dining spot on the map. Our future space is designed to be a cultural hub.

CEO & Founder

The journey of Khadka Company Limited begins with its founder — a chef whose career has always been driven by passion rather than titles. He started his professional life in Nepal, working as an Indian chef for more than 10 years. Those years shaped his identity: long hours in the kitchen, learning spices deeply, perfecting recipes, and understanding how food can make people feel at home.

In 2015, he moved to Japan to grow even further. For more than six years, he worked in the restaurant industry here in Tokyo. During that time, he didn’t just cook — he listened. He got to know Japanese customers closely, learned what they loved, and noticed what was missing in the way Indian, Nepali, and Asian cuisine was being presented in Japan. That experience changed everything. It gave him a clear understanding of the market, the culture, and what needed to be improved to offer a truly satisfying experience.

With confidence, experience, and a strong belief in his own ability, he made a big decision.
In 2022, he opened his first independent restaurant near Kodaira Station, just 25 minutes by express train from Shinjuku. It became a place where guests could enjoy real flavor, honest service, and a warm atmosphere that reflects his philosophy.

Today, as the CEO of Khadka Company Limited, he leads with three values:
respect the food, respect the culture, and respect the customer.
His mission is to bring authentic Indian, Nepali, and Asian flavors to Japan — not only through taste, but through hospitality and cultural connection.
